How to Create A Shortcut System Control Panel
In case you Miss this page and want to make it easier to access and use, you can create a desktop shortcut that opens it.
- Go to your Desktop or a folder,
- Right-click on it and select the New>Shortcut
- Enter the command in the “Type Location” box and select the Next option (See Below)
- Give a Name to the shortcut whatever you wish or like–for example, Classic System or System

How to Change the Shortcut icon System Control Panel
When you create a shortcut and that navigates the System Control Panel and you want to change the shortcut icon then follow the given steps:
- Right-Click on the Shortcut
- Select the Properties option from the menu at the bottom
- Click the Shortcut tab
- Then click the Change icon and choose whatever icon you want then click OK
- Finally, click on Apply and Ok to change your shortcut icon as you wish
